Looks like there's just a bolt where there used to be an ACE pump. Who knows.

Where the OEM Serpentine Belt Guard originally mounted = studs with broken bits.

I wouldn’t go near this thing. Cosmetic issues are a good indicator of lack of preventative maintenance in my experience.
