Recently purchased a 2002 disco and have had nothing but problems,

1 about 1 month after purchase the left front grease seal on the axle went out, had it replaced at local dealer and 1 month later its leaking gear lube all over again.

2 3 lights on dash des cntrl, abs. and tc , replaced left rear wheel speed sensor and all 4 rotors and brakes computer fault was for speed sensor rotors and brakes just for fun, Two weeks later lights returned.

3 On way back from dealer with new grease seals to install myself so its done correctly the engine sputters and wont go above 65 mph. If I floor it max RPM is 3000 and speed starts to drop, if I feather the gas I can coax it back to 120 kph (65 mph) idle is fine and engine souds good when not under load

I turned around and limped back to the dealer and now am waiting for the computer to tell me what is wrong now!!!!
Any advise to educate me would be appreciated as I dont have much faith in computers and even less in my local dealer

Allen, be careful, you are getting screwed on the seal problem as well as the trio of lights.
Send me your tele number and a good time to call and I'll run some ideas by you.

#3 on the list up there is what my jeep did after I melted the cat - so I beat it with a broom handle and it behaved much better.
