Default 2002 Discovery 2 Dim Running Light

I've been working on the front running/parking lights (5watt bulbs). I have one; Rt Hand inside the Headlight that is seeming impossible but I know that isn't the case. I've replaced the connector with a known good connector, checked for power with a multi-meter (12 Vs were present), and checked and cleaned the grounds; I found 3 grounds just behind the battery, and two in front of the airbox behind the left headlight housing. I still cannot get that badboy to light up.

I thought I saw something about an 8-Pin connector, but I couldn't tell where that connector is, so I can check out those pins?

I am also thinking of running a jumper from the Rt side Orange Marker Light harness to the Right driving light and capping off the existing wire. Is there any issues with that strategy?

Thanks in advance.

Okay, noodled through this. I knew I had power at the light using the multi-meter, and I had checked and cleaned the grounds to no success. That led to understand the ground wire coming from the harness was spent. What I did was run a new ground wire to the the light, and back to the original ground. Success.
