Default 2002 discovery stalls when coming to a stop

My wifes 2002 land rover discovery has the tendency to stall when it comes to a stop. Sometimes the idle will drop and come back without stalling, but generally it will completely stall. If we put the truck in neutral it won't stall or drop idle. It's been pretty well taken care of, reg oil changes and what not, 135,000 miles. No CEL to indicate a problem. I took it to a mechanic around here and they said they pulled an engine code that said "NA Permanent volt supply fault" and a few transmission codes that said "21 - can message MDIND invalid FTLMES" "25 - can message TANS invalid Ffh" and "20 - gear ratio monitor fourth gear". I'm lost and can't find much information about those trans codes. Any ideas?

That 4th gear ratio sounds like a bad or dirty MAF.

The other descriptions don't make sense to me, we'd need the industry standard P0 and P1 codes.

The truck has a new maf, crank sensor, intake tube, spark plugs, and spark plug wires all less than 1000 miles.

That 4th gear ratio code is almost always maf. Does it come back after clearing?

I'd be looking for things that affect idle, such as tps, and road speed.

What brand was the new MAF? If it's anything but Bosch or OEM then it's probably no good. Trust me, been there.
