Default 2003 Disco 2 Door Locks

Morning all,
For some resaon the front passenger door and 2 rear passenger doors will not unlock. Driver door and back door ok. From inside all doors can be unlocked manually by the handle. Once unlocked all doors can be opened and closed fine and with the key ALL doors lock. Putting your ear to all doors you can hear that the mechanisms are working but for some reason on the 3 passenger doors the latch will not rise.
Any quick fixes ?
many thanks

Is this with the fob only or also with the button on the dash? It sounds electrical to me, but I would open a door panel and see what happens what is happening when you hear the click. It could be as simple as the locking mechanism being disconnected, unlikely all three did this at once. There is a plastic connector that can break. Im sure someone will have a more comprehensive idea.

Do you have single-point unlocking enabled?

So i have just checked, the key in the door, the fob remote and the interior button, they all only unlock the drivers door and back door but all 3 systems lock all five doors.

There is a plug just inside the door pillar, if you pull the rubber flex covering you can access it. At that point you can check to see if the unlock signal is being sent (you will need to consult the wiring diagram). The lock and unlock function is run by the same motor in the actuator, the bcu relay just swaps the function so if one is owrking and the other is not it is not likely to be the door actuator.
