Default 2003 Disco Cylinder 1 Misfire

Well ive been dumping money into this truck since last January and still not happy with it! Im having a problem with the cylinder 1 misfire trouble code P0301 and its been a pain! I need to smog the car and i cant with this SES light flashing!

Ive replaced the following parts:
Coils
Wires (8mm STI)
Plugs NGK BKR6
Headgasket and Bolts
All Gaskets
Front O2 sensors (bosch)

So ive searched and searched! But every solution to the problem lead to wires and plugs, Ive tried that and im back to square one!

Please offer some guidance Im about to give up!

SOLUTION
So the solution was installing new Bosch +4 Plugs they are amazing it even idles better than ever!
The BKR6 Plugs that my Nissan loves was probably too cold!

you could swap the wire to a different cylinder and see if it follows

So I have done a compresson test on cylinder 1 and it was about 110 psi cold before the battery died. I have also chedked for spark on that cylinder and there is spark. The spark plug is wet and it seems to be a stuck injector but is that possible?
I drove the car and the misfire is apparant in lower RPM but as it exceeds 3000rpm it runs smooth?
Sorry I have been really busy with work and school that Ive been kind of slow to respond.

Any clues?

Could be stuck valve at times.
Could be stuck injector at times.

I would do this..
IN THE MORNING after truck sitting all night -
Start it up.
Run it for 15 seconds.
Turn it off.

Pull #1 plug.
Smell it.
Put it on your tongue.
Taste antifreeze?
Head gasket time.

Head gasket will cause misfire to #1, 2, 7 or 8.
If you are using coolant and need to top off coolant every few weeks - then this is it.

First of all I want to thank everyone for all the help!

I solved the problem yesterday. I checked the other plugs and they all seemed kind of foul and It could have been the old wires i had. So I did some research and found that DiscoMike recommends the Bosch +4 plugs so I bough a set and put only one on the problem cylinder and boom problem solved! I later replaced all the pugs and rechecked #1 it was dry and clean!

So the solution was installing new Bosch +4 Plugs they are amazing it even idles better than ever!
