Start with the simple thing first, is the battery connected correctly and tightly? The lugs on the battery cables aren’t the best, I have to use shims on mine for a good connection. Can you clarify “will not start?” What exactly happens when you turn they key- any dash lights or clicks? Does it crank?

Greisinb is correct. May not be your issue but had the same situation happen to me and overlooked that the clamps needed shims because they wouldn’t get tight. Actually replaced with better clamps.

“will not start”, what I meant is that engine will not crank, dash board lights up. It has a new battery. I am thinking if dashboard lights up, that is indicator that battery has a good connection

All about AMP's, just because the dash lights up doesn't mean the battery terminals are secure or good enough to carry the necessary AMP's down to the Starter.

The default battery lugs are a weird size and often cannot tighten down enough to start the vehicle without shims. If AAA didn't put on shims, you can see dash lights but the vehicle won't turn over.
I actually cut my lugs and replaced them with military style ones.

+1 to this. Best mod I could have done. Cheap cost, great connection to battery and looks good.

Is the little red light on over the steering column? I occasionally have an issue where I have to lock and then unlock the doors using the keyfob to get the ignition to work.

This happens to me as well (when my connection is poor),a bad connection will allow enough electrons through to power the low power electronics and LED's but not enough oomph to crank the starter motor.

Yep, takes roughly 175/250 amps to crank a starter over. Whereas, the cluster/dash lights draw about 20 amps.

Changing terminals ends is such a pain on these things, neg cable gives you nothing...as far as extra cable, since it is bolted to the fender bracket and barely reaches neg post to begin with. Then the double positive makes things difficult also.
