I have a 2003 discovery that was running fine then it just won’t start. Has good battery, terminals are clean. Dash lights come on, but when I go to start it nothing. Even jumped battery to running vehicle with new battery, no change. I have seen several comments at CPS switch didn’t know if that would be it. Wasn’t sure if that would be it? If that would not let it crank over?

Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Please be more specific. What happens when you turn the key in the ignition to Position III? Any clicking? Any noises at all?

If you have a working keyless entry handset try locking and unlocking the truck with it, and then try to start the truck. It may just be the immobilization system.
