Default 2003 oil pressure
Just hooked up my oil pressure guage using the oil filter adapter (prefiltering media) here's what I got...

Cold: 53psi @ idle
Cold: 56psi @ 2000rpm

Hot: 22-25psi @ idle
Hot: 50-51psi @ 2000rpm

thoughts anyone?

You are in great shape, a lot of other 03 owners out there wish they had that sort of pressure.
