2004 DII stalling/cutting out after battery replacement

2004 DII stalling/cutting out after battery replacement
Hello,
My 6 y/o duralast gold battery (34s-DLG) finally had it and is in greener pastures now. I replaced said battery with an identical duralast gold battery (34-DLG) since the battery replacement my DII will stall shortly after start up once the idle comes down and occasionally it’ll start bucking cruising on the highway and throws a P0102 & P1884 code for the MAF. The MAF was replaced with an OEM example maybe 2 months ago so it’s relatively new. I’ve checked every single fuse in this thing and have driven it 50+ miles and the issue hasn’t resolved. Thought process being the computer reset upon battery disconnect. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the issue may be?
