Default 2004 Disco OBD2 Drive Cycle monitors

Any help or advice would be awesome:
Just went over 100k on my 04 Disco and I needed to replace many components:
1. Cat System
2. O2 sensors (DS and US)
3. New plugs and wires
4. New Injectors
5. Gaskets
6. New PS pump and tubes
Everything checked out, no leaks, no dash lights, no dtc's (stored nor pending), etc.

I ran through the drive cycle and then hooked up my OBD2 (AB's TekPro 3000LR) to check out all monitors and this is what it's showing:
- Evap system = WAIT
- Heated Catalyst = NS
- A/C Refrig - NS
I've ran through the drive cycle 2 more times plus changed out the MAF, still no luck. I've driven over 300miles to try to ready the monitors. Not sure what to do??? I'm in PA therefore if I fail emissions 2x I'm eligible for an emissions waiver if you've spent $150 and over in parts/labor and diagnostics (no shop will EVER tell you that). http://www.drivecleanpa.state.pa.us/...q_customer.pdf

But I'd still like to get to the bottom of this problem..
Any ideas??
Thanks

Get an elm 327 and an obd2 app, look at the oxygen sensor cycling as well as the maf signals. BTW, since you are intent on keeping it and live in PA, I recommend two additional things.

1. All the coolant hoses including the factory hard tubes from radiator and throttle body. #1 cause of leaking coolant.
2. POR-15 your frame - Salt on the roads in PA will ruin your frame if it is not already ruined.
