The 2004 has a stuck CDL solenoid... any replacements available?

Default The 2004 has a stuck CDL solenoid... any replacements available?

What's the fix? I've tried shooting rounds of PB and Ballistol up there to free it, although it was working great up until a couple months ago, so I don't think it's seized. I can easily depress it by hand. I can't find new ones... am I insane for thinking about cutting it off?

Are you saying you can push in the cylinder by hand on the solenoid? Have you check that the electric wire coming from the tcase back to the solenoid is connected and contacts are good?

Correct, yep. With no meaning resistance.

I’ll double check the plug, but it would be super random if it just stopped working all of a sudden. Yeah?
