Default Stock height-265/75/16

Will these tires/wheels work on a 99 p38 with bilsteins shocks and heavy duty coils?

They should fit fine, with the exception of maybe adjusting your steering stop to stop rubbing on the front radius arms.

Try this website. It allows you to compare the stock tire size to a new size and it will give you the new height and width.
