Is there a tool or scanner you can buy that will READ and CLEAR the 3 Amigos and if so what is the name of the tool and how much does it cost?

I belive it is called Test Book, I think it is a computer program for a laptop.
And I dont think that you want to know the price.

So I guess there is not tool to turn the 3 amigos off? How do you get them turned off then, the dealer?

Once the problem is corrected they will shut off. Otherwise you need a mechanic with a ABS computer.
Just start calling around, look for Euro shops. They can do your 60k service too.
