Default 3 Amigos

OK, Im on my second rover now. Just picked up an 01 D2 with 130k. Prev owner very nice had long list of what he did including shuttle valves after 3 amigos last fall. I have had it for a week with no issues. Today I hit a pot hole on the front right - pretty hard. Next time I started the car - 3 amigos!

Do you think I shook loose an ABS sensor? Not sure what to check first.

Any help appreciated as always - thanks in advance

No they are screwed in to the hub with an Allen screw. The do not easily come out. They will come and go annoyingly. Eventually when you want to fix them or figure out the issue send me a PM. I rent the ABS Amigo to the forum members. $40 for 2 weeks. Its currently rented.

Excessive Factory brake dust has been claimed to trigger them. I dont know if that is true or not.

I have done both new shuttle valves option B fix and new shuttle valves from Falcon Works. They were gone for about 8 months now back again. I scanned again and the tool read bad shuttle valves even after verifying they were good with an Ohm meter. My next step is to swap over to a spare "no issues" Wabco ABS modulator and add new shuttle valves. I'll let you know how that goes.
