Default 3 Amigos with no pulsation on pedal?

Amigos came on over the weekend while as I was coming to a stop at a view area. The roads were quite dusty but smooth -- not sure that has anything at all to do with it but figured it might be worth mentioning. I was reading through the threads on 3 amigos over the last few days and I tried to activate the ABS by coming to a quick stop at 35 mph. I have had no pulsating.

I was going to buy the ABS amigo tool to read codes but then I saw a suggestion that said since there is no pulsating through the pedal the problem may need to be addressed by a mechanic anyway.

I was wondering if this is suggestive of anything or do i need the code reader to be sure?

Thanks!
Matt

Don't waste your time and money, buy or rent a 3 amigo scanner, find which of the 16 reason the lights are on, fix it and clear the codes.

Agreed. I have a finicky right rear wheel sensor on mine. Wouldn't know without reading the codes. Just comes on once in a while - never any pulsing in the brakes either.
