Can I buy this mysterious testing device anywhere ............ id rather buy the thing than pay someone $100 to read them for me. Thanks

That is a general usage device, from what I have heard, is specific for one of the big 3 cars, not for the 3 amigos.
This device is made by RSWsolutions out of Denver and can only be used on 99 thru 2004 D2's.

I just purchased this unit for my 2003 Discovery II and it worked perfectly. Cleared the codes and listed the errors. I'm pleased with it. Took all of 3 seconds.

The device can be purchased from my website at; http://www.rswsolutions.com/index_absamigobox_v1.htm I am the designer and manufacturer. The ABS amigo is designed specifically for the Land Rover Discovery 2 vehicle. The ABS amigo will read and clear the ABS fault codes.
