Default 3 Amigos and their angry RED friend

My Red BRAKE light is on along with the Three Amigos. I checked the brake fluid and its fine.

I tried cycling the key three times and now after the car starts, the red BRAKE light and the ABS light stay illuminated and then the TC and HD light come on after about 3 seconds. This is without the car moving.

Also, it finally snowed so I was able to verify that I do NOT have ABS.

I had the codes scanned with a generic reader and the only code that came up was P0455.

There's no brake dust and my brake pads look brand new.

Thanks,
John

You need to have it scanned by a Land rover Dealer or a small independent Land Rover shop. The cheaper code scanners will not pull the codes for the ABS. It has to be a Land Rover specific scanner. As for the P0455 this is what I found. It could just be a loose gas cap. Turn the cap untill you hear 3 clicks.

Double check that your parking brake is not on by one click or so.

GO get the system scanned, because your ABS is down you will be looking a pretty heavy duty repair bill, most likely the ABS control unit.
