note that Long Haul has a D1 with a 4" lift.

I have the Ome 751's in front and the 762's in the rear and I don't have any problems with steering. The alignment specs are good and I have had the tires for about 10,000 miles with no uneven wear. I can run her 75 down the interstate with no problem. I still need to add the one inch spacers or D1 spring seats on the rear. After seeing this post I will probably order the spacers.

I am running OME 751/763 with 285/75 16 and have no "issues." I say it that way because you can certainly tell a difference in steering with the added weight of tires and subtle geometry change, but I highway every day and do not feel unsafe/uncomfortable with how the truck handles. Just grins from ear to ear
