You might have a local maker-space or University that allows the public access to 3d printers. My preferred way is to use a service like https://www.treatstock.com/ (kind of like a marketplace of 3d printing) because I can choose the type of printer, material, infill, quantity, price, location, rating, etc. The only drawback is that you may need to be patient as the finished product will be getting shipped unless you luck out and find a highly rated 3d print provider locally.
I just finished the sunroof drain corner...I did the RH one, but it could be mirrored for the LH side. My Fusion360 skills are rudimentary, so apologies about the quality of that bit. I think my "spout" is a little shorter than the original, mainly because I added a block around it to help keep the tube circular during the printing process (I cut the block off after I was done removing supports, as seen in photos below.) I made the walls 2mm thick and the tube walls 1.5mm thick, so should hopefully be strong than the original. Whether PLA will stand up to living in the roof of a car is maybe another thing, guess I'll find out.
I printed this on my Prusa MK3S, and, in theory, I can post the files to prusaprinters.org without having to create Yet Another Account somewhere, but my output file was an STL and said website won't take that format. What's the most helpful format for everyone? I'll put the STL on my blog and post a link here, for the time being, when I can get to it. It took about four hours to print, using the 3-D printing utility now included with Windows 10.
(The one in my car broke not due to age, but because the original casting was paper thin on the upper tube wall.)
Where to get these?
I am just doing my headliner. I hit a drain hose very gently and the tube broke off immediately, a sign that the plastic got very weak. Now I am going to replace all four and I hopefully have not to remove the headliner over the next 10 years again. Also thinking about resealing the sunroofs.
@Discorama The 3d printable sun roof drain is here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3907837/files you want to use PETG if you are going to print it PLA will not stand up. I can print you a couple and ship them out. Just shoot me a PM if you are interested.

Sunroof drain corner for Land Rover Discovery 2. This is the right side; mirror to print a LH version. May need slight filing or sanding to fit your particular sunroof drain pan. Be sure to print with temperature-resistant filament, as it will get well over 100F in the roof--probably over 150F in the summer. Note the external diameter of the drain tube is same as original but I made the tube walls thicker, so internal diameter is about 1mm smaller. Untested, but going into my car and trusting my new headliner to it!
(Adding note to say this has been installed on my car for a couple years now and seems to be working as expected.)
