So I did a smoke test and no luck on a vacuum leak.

Plugged in a new MAF sensor to see if it was that..... nope.

I'm out of ideas and so off it goes to the shop

 

IAC valve... take it off and make sure it is not gummed up... spray cleaner in there and make sure that little mechanism opens and closes..
RAVE says not to shake it, but give it a few twists and see if it "floats" freely.
