Default 4 service engine codes...need your help!

hey guys. have an 03 disco with 101,000 mi. service engine light recently came on. here are the codes i pulled.

P 1412
1415
0308 (this code showed up twice for some reason)
0300

please help me out guys! i am a total rookie with auto mechanics. what do these codes mean? which ones require immediate attention? also, any ideas on repair costs (again, im a rookie, these repairs will be done by a mechanic, not myself). i also want to note that the first time the light showed up (came on immediately after i started the disco, still in park) the SES light flashed/blinked maybe 8-10 times, it hadn't been drove for about 2 weeks. i have maybe drove it 5 miles since the light showed up it has not flashed again. I REALLY APPRECIATE ANY HELP GUYS! THANKS!

300 Misfire multiple cylinders
308 misfire cylinder 8
1412 sounds familiar maybe another one I've run into in the past too.. I'm THINKING the codes that led me to change out the Mass Airflow Sensor?? That was a part of my Three Amigos issue.
I had the 300 codes, and the intermittent blinking/ solid on Service Engine light.. the changing of the plugs and wires fixed it.

P1412 Secondary Air Injection System – Malfunction Bank 1 LH (Insufficient SAI flow
during passive test)

P1415 Secondary Air Injection System – Malfunction Bank 2 RH (Insufficient SAI flow
during passive test)

P0308 Cylinder 8 misfire detected Excess emissions level of misfire detected on cylinder
No.8

Assuming you also got P1308 No description Catalyst damaging level of misfire detected on cylinder
No.8

P0300 Random/multiple cylinder misfire detected Excess emissions level of misfire on more than one
cylinder

So you have an SAI issue, check the connections and also a misfire on 8. When was your last real tuneup?

is the SAI pump what is making the loud (sounds like a fan) noise for 30-45 seconds from a cold start? ive noticed this happens only when the vehicle is un-driven for 5+hours

Yes that is normal when the engine is cold. I believe the SAI is on the USA passenger (right) side and there is a pump, selenoid, and valve and a bunch of lines that feed in to the head. Follow the lines and make sure everything is connected first. For reference here are the parts to look for:

So start with the basics, when was it last tuned along with new 8 mm plug wires and what octane gas are you using?
As for the 2 1400 codes, find a mechanic who is familiar with the SAI system, try to stay away from the dealer.

I have an 03 D2 and have my share of codes. I have had P0150 P0174 P1174 and P1415. Seems like these things are a code nightmare but dammit they look and drive good. I am not sure how to start a thread on here

My local shop quoted me $350 JUST IN LABOR to replace spark plugs and wires!!! Am I crazy or does this seem very high? This price doesn't even include parts!

Except that with those codes your engine is running super rich and you are getting (even more) terrible gas mileage.
