400 miles and only 4 monitors ready?

still trying to get all moitors ready for inspection.
I replaced the 2 front o2 sensors, all monitors ready in 100 miles...
just for fun i put in the old sensor to double check its condition.
threw o2 codes, so i cleared OBD2 and put the new sensor back in.
now i've done 400 miles and only 4 monitors are ready.
IS THIS NORMAL?
new bosch 4 plugs, wires replaced 8 months ago, seafoamed through
induction port
No pending codes....no other codes...MIL (CEL) off
been checking all codes while driving often...no sign of even a pending
code.
Driven the 400 miles in one week...interstate, back roads, mountain
roads, all speeds.....

at least!...i've been driving it for about 2 hours a day, stopping and starting for a week now...and all this driving is just to get the monitors ready...it's not driving that i need to do...this is getting expensive at $3.55 a gallon !
I'm not sure the exact drive cycle but in general to get the monitors ready to start your engine 10-20 times and drive 100 miles. Your truck must be upset you put the bad O2 sensor back in. Is it an O2 sensor monitor that is not ready?
Drive cycle A:
1 Switch on the ignition for 30 seconds.
2 Ensure engine coolant temperature is less than 60C (140F).
3 Start the engine and allow to idle for 2 minutes.
4 Connect TestBook and check for fault codes.
Drive cycle B:
1 Switch ignition on for 30 seconds.
2 Ensure engine coolant temperature is less than 60C (140F).
3 Start the engine and allow to idle for 2 minutes.
4 Perform 2 light accelerations (0 to 35 mph (0 to 60 km/h) with light pedal pressure).
5 Perform 2 medium accelerations (0 to 45 mph (0 to 70 km/h) with moderate pedal pressure).
6 Perform 2 hard accelerations (0 to 55 mph (0 to 90 km/h) with heavy pedal pressure).
7 Allow engine to idle for 2 minutes.
8 Connect TestBook and with the engine still running, check for fault codes.

resolution can be verified:
l catalytic converter fault;
l Evaporative loss system fault;
l HO2 sensor fault;
l HO2 sensor heater fault.
When carrying out a drive cycle C to determine a fault in any of the above areas, select the readiness test icon to
verify that the test has been flagged as complete.

Unfortunately, LR is rather vague about which of the 5 different drive cycles are needed to run various monitor tests.

i called a local LR mechanic i'm friendly with, he suggested disconnecting the battery and holding the battery wires together to do a "hard reset"
i did that this afternoon so i'll just keep driving now and see what happens.
Something just does not feel right about this.

would have to happen in roadblock season (cheesy lol)
hopefully if i get stopped by cops they will see my obd2 reader plugged in and let me go , fine free. Time to go for a drive i guess.

and for any others having inspection/monitor ready issues....
your post 2000 car can have 1 monitor not ready and still pass inspection....pre 2000 i hear can have 2 monitors not ready...tho i've not double checked the 2 monitor regulations. Most shops won't tell you that for some reason
