60K check up
The 2001 Disco I just bought is a couple of thousand miles away from the 60K tune-up/maintenance check. I phoned the nearest LR dealer (not very convenient ...1 1/2 hours away) to inquire about cost. $1000.
In the owner's manual, there isn't a listing of what this stage tune up consists of and I'd really like to know. There are local mechanics who can work on LRs just fine.
For this first major one, should I go to a dealer or should I stay local. Thoughts?
Thanks!

Well, except that one has a computer and one didn't lol. Also, the Series I never reached 60K!
Is there an online site where I can review all the components of the 60K as a list? Thanks.
