Default 7 blade wiring for pulling a trailer with brakes?

Hello,

I have a 2003 Discovery with the factory trailer hitch and wiring. I also have the factory wiring plug-in that takes the 7 round outputs and brings it down to a flat 4 for pulling a u-haul type of trailer.

I am purchasing a Haulmark car trailer with electric brakes and need a 7 blade receptacle. The local dealer said they have nothing for this and referred me to U-haul. U-haul let me know that they do not work on Land Rovers anymore as a corporate policy. I called 2 other U-hauls in town and they all told me the same, they will not work on the trailer electrical for Land Rover.

Does anyone know if this type of wiring connector is made for the Discovery?

Thanks,

Joshua

you haveto get the adapter from AB or something, unless you want to cut the factory plug off and wire you 7 way to it, thats what I did only a 6 round plug.
