Default 762 vs 763 ome springs

I am debating on what to get for the rear end. I am planning on the 751's in the front. For the back I was wondering if the 763 would make it a level ride. Or will this be too stiff when not loaded up. If anyone has this type of setup please respond. Thank you all.

763's might sit a little taller but they will beat you to death when the truck is not loaded down with lots of cargo.
Stay with the 762's.

Thank you again Mike. I am very glad that you are on this forum. With your help along with everyone else is almost reason enough to have a land rover.

I know, I know... replying to a 12 year old post.
I want to comment on the +1.5"/+40mm OME763 EHD rear springs (Extra Heavy Duty! Google it!) in case anyone searched and showing interest in these OME springs...
The previous owner of my Disco 2 added these springs on the rear and as Disco Mike stated... they will beat you to death! They are STIFF!!! But in saying that, they still kept their elasticity (?) and length. This is still great quality even being installed (I'm guessing in the semi-early 2000's) since the date of manufacture from the sticker on the springs shows Oct 2003. The spring diameter is definitely larger than the TF springs so I see how they have lasted this long.
I finally replaced the OME763 springs with Terrafirma MD TF023V +2” springs. It's now a definite softer and comfortable ride even with both steel bumpers, both rock sliders and winch.

I am single handedly trying to change the culture of the whole internet on the "reply to the old post" thing (half joking). I think sometimes it is 100% appropriate to have a thread that is about a subject and then keep adding information or thoughts as new information or ideas come up. The forums are designed as such to bubble the most recent commented threads up to the top, so why does it matter at all that the thread was started a long time ago? rock on!

I also think it is okay to start a new / quick thread about something since information changes. These forum ***** want you to both "use the search bar" to avoid posting new threads on the same subject but then post stuff "why are you posting on this old thread"? Silly rules like this are why Facebook groups are taking over. There are no special rules on how many posts you had to have to send PMs, how you can post, where you can post, etc....
