Default 94 Disco I, engine idle and tachometer indication?

The tachometer on the Disco I, 3.9L v8, only has 2 divisions between 0 and 1000rpm. I am assuming that they are 500 rpm and 750 rpm? Just where should the tachometer be reading for a normal warm engine idle? From 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm there are three divisions, which would be 1250, 1500, 1750. etc, on up the scale.

Between 500 and 750 rpm at idle no load and warm.

YES, I know that. I know what the correct Idle should be. I just wanted to know exactly where the needle on the tach should point to indicate that idle rpm? The first mark after zero, or the second and last mark before 1000 rpm, or in between those marks?

Sorry, I mis-understood.
Somewhere in between those two marks.
