Hi All -

I have a 95' Disco with some very small rust spots starting inside the rear doors. I have used C.L.R. cleaner in the past but want to perm. remove and paint over these spots.
1. What type of touch-up pain do I use? (White Discovery I)
2. Do I put a "primer" down 1st prior to the touch-up?
