If they are freebies, take both, and as Paul says squirrel away the parts which will be worth an arm and leg later. It also depends on what you want to do with the trucks, offroad or highway.

This is what I posted on the Range Rover forum in response to your question there.
"What do you want to do with the Range Rover. If you're going to build it up and off road it, by all means use the '91. If you're looking for a truck to keep for a long time then the '95 is the way to go. Just be prepared, should you opt for the '95, there are parts on that truck's interior that are as rare as hen's teeth and they cost a fortune to replace.
If I had my choice, I'd take the '95 and start squirreling away parts as soon as I can. But, I haven't taken my Rovers off road in about ten years. Your intentions may be different."

As far as offroad goes I'm not as much as an enthusiast as I should be with all the trails we have in NH- if anything just some mild 4x4 to get to a camp or rural lake.
I'm leaning towards the 95.

The '95 will be MUCH more comfortable than the '91 due to the larger, more powerful engine and the longer wheelbase. The '95 is really the best of the best as far as these Classics are concerned with the only real issue being the oddball parts. Otherwise, there are still plenty of parts available for these trucks so they still have a long future ahead of them.
