I have a 95 disco, and i believe my alternator is bad (flickering lights, have to jump it very frequently on a new battery, shuts off after running for 10 mins)... so i have a 96 parts truck and see the connections are different. But does anyone know if I can do that swap? RoversNorth and AB have different part #s for the 2 years. thanks.

 

Why not?

I dont know much about electrical stuff so I would not know how to switch the connections over.
But I see no reason it would not work if done right.
