Yes, I just double checked it, and I do have a consistant 34-36 psi at the rail with the key in the run position. I know this truck sat around for a little while, maybe it sat long enough for the injectors to muck up?

from what you say, the fuel pressure seems to be within the ok range, how old is the fuel in the tank ? If the vehicle runs on starting fluid...then it's getting spark and the timing should be ok....no cel codes for injectors / or misfires ? then imo we are down to a fuel quality problem

Winter's over here in Wisconsin, I think, so I'm diving back in. I checked the reference wire that many of the sensors share that I've been having issues with, and with the ignition switch on it's getting 5 volts, so that doesn't seem to be the wiring issue that I was expecting. I checked the wiring at the ecu, seems to be fine there also. And I don't see any spots where the harness has rubbed raw on the engine.

Tomorrow I'm going to pull the plugs and put a little gas into each cylinder. Maybe it's a fuel issue like Xceller8 said.

Cory, you might try taking a robust 6-12v ac adapter (from somebody else's electronic device) and plugging into an injector. (no polarity)

I did this when I cleaned mine on the bench.

You should hear the injector "click" indicating it's opening & closing.

If not, it's stuck. try them all if you like, but the four on the pass side are easier.

If they click, for giggles, try resetting the black fuel cutoff button on your firewall (pass side)
in keeping with my "lazy" theme, that's what I'd do first, then connections @ ECU (disconnect battery)

Be careful doing the fuel thing. You could blow it up. I would just continue to spray cleaner into the intake.

It sounds like your ECU isn't reading any of your sensors. If the cam sensor is not being read, it shouldn't fire right. Not sure how the injectors are timed in all of this. Let me research a little.

I suggest you read - (fuel system - sfi - description & operation) in the rave workshop manual.

That section highlights the sensors, what they control, any default scheme for them.

See if this helps any....

All of those sensors are tied together, and it looks like injector power is tied to the MAF. Try unplugging the MAF and starting it.

I know the window ECU was notorious for bad solder joints, I had to repair mine, I would suspect the ECU in question may have same issue.

Worth looking at prior to spending more bucks.
