With those issues, you should have a check engine light on, have you had the codes read, if so what were the fault numbers, if not get them read today and get back to us with those numbers. In the mean time don't drive the truck much or you could cause yourself some costly $$$$.

I had a similar issue. Mine ended up being the coil pack.

P1313 Misfire Catalyst Damage Fault Bank A
P1314 Misfire Catalyst Damage Fault Bank B
P1315 Misfire Persistent Fault
P1316 Misfire Excessive Emissions Fault
So here are you other two codes.
Who's plugs and wires are you using, have you checked for vacuum leaks?
You might want to call me.

Mike-Thanks for the time on the phone yesterday I waited for dark could see some minor arching so I replaced all plugs and wires I cleared all codes test drove noticed a very minor stumble in the engine and a code popped up for P1313 misfire catalyst damage bank A. So it looks like I will be replacing cat "y" and at the same time I'll get all the O2 sensors replaced. Also looked and found one vacuum leak which I repairedany further thoughts about seafoam decarb of engine sounds like a good idea.JP

That 1316 could be vacuum related, I would check the rest of you vacuum lines as well as the intake manifols seals. Don't jump into a "Y" pipe yet.
Lets talk when you get a chjance.
