Default 97 Disco Steering wheel shakes bad

97 Disco. The steering wheel shakes bad and pulls to the right. Happens when speed is around 65 and when I hit a pothole or bad section in the road? Anybody have this issue? Could it be a bad tierod or broken belt in tire. No issues at lower speeds..

Rotate your tires front to back and see if it still happens.
Have the front end checked out, tie rods, ball joints etc.
You might want to think about replacing the steering damper as well.
