Default 99 Disco 1 engine rebuild torque specs?

Does anyone have the torque specs for the head gasket bolts and gap set for the piston rings?

Thanks!

Head bolts are stretch bolts and must be replaced every time. 16 foot lbs, ninety degrees, and another ninety.

Thank you! So, if I give this to my mechanic it will makes sense to him, right? Because you lost me at hello! Also, does my question about the piston rings make sense?

Nope, they normally rebuild race car engines so they are very familiar with the mechanics of rebuilding an engine just need the torque specs. That's all...Thanks for your input.

After working with dealers, in the shop as a service writer and manager, I have to tell you, the one thing an experienced shop does not do is ask their customer for the specs.
The only reason I am bring this up is to make sure others don't fall into a trap of using just any old shop, even engine shops that rebuild engines, cause they never use the right parts, know the proper way to perform the build and know the tricks to a better Rover rebuild.
