I've been searching the posts for info on this and all I can find relate to the Disco II.
Seems I have a bad Brake Light Switch. Brake lights are not working, as well as shifter stuck in park.
Is the fix the same for Disco I as the posts for Disco II?
When I search the part # at Atl. & Brit., I come up with LR005794G (replaces AMR2010G) at $64.95 us.
Other posts for the Disco II show the part at $18.95.
Can anyone help? Is this the correct part#?
Any detailed explanation of changing the switch would be greatly appreciated (very novice mechanic).

If AB says that is the part then that is the part.
Also check your local autoparts store.
