Default 99 disco II warm idle stall problem

hey everyone. my 99 disco ii with 55k has a problem. when the engine is warm and at idle (like red lights)it struggles and maybe stalls 1ce every few drives (so far has stalled 3 times, going to take it into shop soon, not currently driving it im at college). has been dealer services till the 47.5 service. still have not changed the spark plugs like it says to do at 60, i am going to do that myself soon. could that be the problem? i had check engine light on, bad MAF, maybe from the K&N but the light would go on every few drives when i got itBEFORE the K&N so im not blaming it. i have a code at homei will post to see what the light was going on for back when i got it, hopefully MAF, that will make me feel better. 340 for a new MAF at dealer, sucksthey charge 95 to diagnose and 95 to install. thought the check engine light problem was causing the stalls but guess it wasnt cuz it still does the same. ive dumped some injector cleaner into gas to see if that will help but im not currently driving it. so any other ideas?
i use 89 gas too

So quit using 89 octane, you will carbon up your engine causing lots of expenses and mis-fires.
Take the K&N out and go back to a paper filter before you contaminate your MAF, again another $125 expense you don't need.
As for the idel problem, if you want to send me your tele number and a good time to call, I will go thru what you need to do to correct it.

After you run a tank of 91 plus octane and a can of SeaFoam to clean things up, then get back to us with what is going on and we should be able to give you some help.
