99 land rover disco 2 Rear bumper cover

hi i have a large hole in the black plastic cover over the rear bumper my question is do i have to replace the whole bumper or can that plastic be removed and replace?

On a Classic Disco I you can replace the bumper covers.

On Disco II's you will have to have a DII' owner say so.
