The story that goes with that rear bumper has gotta be worth as much as the truck. I can't even begin to to figure that one out!

That rear bumper is unbelievably bad.
I can't even fathom how someone expects to get $4K for a car with a) body damage, and b) the most hideous bumper(s?) imaginable.
