Default AC Fan Speed

So im not quite happy with the volume at which air is coming out of the vents on my 2004 D2. I have taken out the blower motor and made sure there wasnt anything in it. Is there any kind of aftermarket blower or some way to move more air when the AC is blowing? thanks!

Do these trucks have cabin air filters? If so, I would check those. Leaves and other crap can get in there or an animal can build a nest and clog them up. I've never had this problem, so I've never checked.

Have you had to do the fuse panel jumper wire repair? I ask because I have and I'm not satisfied with my A/C blower speed. I seem to recall that before the jumper wire repair, the A/C blower moved more air for the same speeds than when the heater was selected. I could be mistaken, but that's how I remember it.

No Cabin Air Filter, just the filter that is on the windscreen cowling.

Cool. I've never had any trouble with mine, so I have no idea.
Do Rovers have a resistor, or are they pulse width modulated? Just curious.

Yes they have a resistor or is on the duct near the blower
Could be worth your while to drop the blower motor 5or 6 screws iirc
