Have you run the A/C self test as per the manuals?

It sounds like the variable speed control may be faulty or the blower motor kaput.

 

All fixed, and it was in front of my face. I had bought a multi meter tester, removed cleaned and greased the blower motor, interior fuse box and installed it, an under the hood fuse box. And before installing the under the hood fuse box I saw a plug that I did not try to unplug yet so I tried.






And were backing up and running
