Default AC unit reading Celsius after battery disconnect?

I disconnected my battery and need some help? Does anyone know how to change the AC in a 03 Disco from Celsius to Farenheit?

Tech Tips

Tech Tip - Temperature Calibration on Climate Control - Fahrenheit vs. Celsius

Applies To:

Discovery Series II | '99-'04

If your temperature reads in climate control reads in degrees Celsius “C” instead of Fahrenheit “F”, follow these steps to change to Fahrenheit.
  • Turn the ignition on.
  • With the climate control turned on, push and hold the recirculation button in. While holding the button in, push and hold the off button in for 3 seconds or until you hear a beep.
The display should then change to “F”. Follow these same steps to change your read-out to Celsius , if preferred.
