I just bought my first land rover and it is a 2002 Discovery II 75K SE Westminster with Nav, brush guard, big Hella off-road lights. I was wondering where to get some good catalogs/magazines about parts/accessories? I was also wondering when do the headlight squirters/washers work, I tryed the back washer and the windshield washer but neither makes the headlights spray cleaner or did I mis something? I am also haveing a problem with a fuse blowing for the Cruise, back wiper washer, and electric mirror ajustments. I have narrowed down the fuse problem to the mirrors buy testing everything ran of that fuse and determined that if you use the mirror ajust. lever to the right or up it works but if you try down or left the mirrors on ether sid wont move and after about 1.5 seconds of trying up or left it plows the fuse. Has anyone had this fuse problem and/or know how to fix it? I thought about replaceing the switch but cant seem to find a resonable one!


I know I have some long sentances and and several miss spells but try to look past them!

Thanks Mike but I figured out how to search the forums rather than look at every post so I now know the headlight washer deal. And I figured out that the mirror problem has to be the switch because even if I put the switch in the netural position it still wants to blow the fuse if I go down or left. So the only thing I need now is were to buy some good accessorie books to order stuff from if you could help with that.

I could not seem to find this on the forums so I'll ask you. My Disco is not equiped with the self-levelling and I like this feature as I am an off-roader. So is there a way to install this myself from a junked disco or is there to much wiring involved that you could not easily remove the wires?

Does anyone know of any Rover clubs that off-road any or maybe just some good places to off-road with my buddies. I live in southeast Missouri and have explored all my local areas several times over the years and am looking for something new. I would like the trails to be close to missouri and I have heard there are some neat trails in Arkansas but not sure were ator if anyone knows of any good trails in the US for a stock 02 Disco.
