Default Headlight Washer/reat washer

Hello,
I have been traveling on business now for the past month and my Rover has been pretty good. I've driven over 2,500 miles and knock on wood it has been a champ. I do have one issue and that is with the headlight washers. We have been getting a lot of snow and ice and that has been building up between my brush guard and the front of my truck. Twice now I have tried to wash my windshield washers only to find it is out of fluid when I have filled it up recently and only used sparingly. I couldn't find any leaks and I knew I wasn't using it up. Finally I caught a lucky break and found the cause, it was my headlight washers. The arm was stuck and the pump was just pumping out fluid like mad. I broke the arm free and it made a few passes and the pump turned off. It looks like the system isn't smart enough to turn off the fluid if there is an obstruction with the arm. Since I am on the road and don't have any manuals with me I need to turn to you guys. Is there a fuse or a relay I can pull to disable my headlight washers? I feel this is one of the most useless features and I have never had to pull over and clean the headlights on any of my other vehicles. Also my rear washer has never worked so I am wondering if I can take the pump from the headlights and swap it for the rear? Are they interchangeable? If someone could pdf me the repair diagram on this I would greatly appreciate it. I'll return the favor next time I am home.

oops, meant to say "Rear Washer" in the title.

You can turn your lights off and then wash the windshield. If the lights are off the light washers wont engage. Or if one does get stuck, try turning the lights off and then on again. That might reset the system. It is kind of odd that the system won't shut off...

If you really do not like them then pull the hoses and plug them. I have had to clean my lights now and then when it is just raod grime coming off the cars in front.

I thought about the turning off the headlights but since most of my driving is at night going 80mph its not safe or practical. How about the fuse or relay?
