Default Accidentally Straightpiped

Disco stalled out the other day and had it towed to a nearby restaurant. Turned out to be a bad fuel pump. I first changed my crankshaft position sensor, which is a pain in the *** because of where it is located. It's right behind the driver's side exhaust manifold, so I disconnected the exhaust right before the cat and pulled it down to gain access. CSP sensor didn't solve the issue, and totally forgot about the exhaust when I moved on to the fuel pump. I put the new pump in, hooked it up and was ready to give it another shot. Took about 10 seconds to get fuel flowing before the engine fired up and BAM sounds like a Harley. I nearly shat myself and so did this poor family of 5 sitting at a picknick table eating next to me.
