So because the truck was functioning like a non-ACE truck it flipped?

 

Actually, if you look closely that truck doesn't even have ACE. Regular sway bars.

A tire "blow out" is a big deal and could flip most vehicles over under the right conditions, such as a turn at high speeds when it blows. Also how the driver reacts to the sudden drastic change is probably the biggest factor in stopping/causing a rollover. I seriously doubt ACE would've saved it from flipping. But like ZG said...It doesnt even appear to be ACE equiped.

 

Oop I didnt even look at it closely. Took the owner for his word haha. It's his first disco and he owned it for a week.

I'll tell'ya what! This little thread here just goes to show that the members on this forum are sharp! Knowledge doesn't run short here! Proud to be a part of this community! I don't know nearly as much as some on here, but I try to offer sound advice on what I do know and have expirienced. I'm only 28 years old, and this truck is only my 3rd vehicle to ever own. lol. It appears I have caught the Land Rover bug... Is it permanent?

 

Pretty permanent I'd say. I just sold my S60R to buy another Disco...

 

It truly is. I have my eye on a RRC, I've always loved them. They are second to a Defender though.

 

I'd love to have late model Defender, but dang! The prices compared to Discos or even Rangies... Whats up with that? Thats something I've never understood. The Defenders dont have anywhere near as much technology or luxuries as other Land Rovers, but cost WAY more! Honestly they appear to be as simple as an old jeep wrangler, but carry a pricetag that suggests the engine drop fordged out of Titanium!
