Over the years I've seen several alternatives to genuine Rover ACE fluid and power steering fluid discussed/offered, but this may be a new one . . . at least it was to me. I'm familiar with Triax fluids in other applications (good stuff), but I've not really seen them offered for consumer applications before. I came across their Powerfluid 450 recently when I was in the market for some ACE and power steering fluid to renew the fluids in my Disco-II. It's offered on Amazon right now for about $16 per quart or $69 for a case of 6 qts. with free delivery. It specifically says it's for use in Land Rovers as power steering fluid and for self-leveling suspensions, and they list a whole mess of specifications . . . including Pentosin CHF 11S, CHF 202 and CHF 7.1. I ordered a case and replaced my old power-steering and ACE fluid a couple days ago. It seems to be working great. No more whining from the pumps when I go around turns. It's green in color. Just thought I'd pass it on. $11.50 per quart (delivered) seemed like a good deal.
