Default Activate heated windshield / seats with Hawkeye total.

I have the hardware for the heated seats and heated windshield but neither are working. Anyone know how to use the Hawkeye total to make sure they are switched on? I poked around in the menus but couldn't find anything that seemed to match windshield or seats.

Thanks!

You shouldn’t need to use the Hawkeye for the seats . It’s as simple as plugging the switches in

this is exactly what I did for my seats. Plug and play without the Nanocom.
The front seats have to be leather since they already have the heat pad installed in them.

Are you sure you have the wiring for the windshield? Did you check the wiring in the cowl with the hood up?

Yeah, I have the switch, the big wires going towards the windshield and the small visible lines in the windshield but the windshield doesn't work. Same for the seats. I added the buttons and they click but the seats never get warm, I have the leather seats.

well then it's just a matter of tracing the wiring from the wiring diagram in the rave manual to figure out where you're not getting voltage.

i know i've seen settings for activating the heated front windscreen in other devices too, so i'd say it's likely that that needs activation before it will work. i believe that it only operates under certain conditions too -- check the rave for what they might be.
the screenshot above says "electric front seats" but it does not say "heated front seats." aren't the seats manually operated on some models, and if so, couldn't that be what it's referring to?
