Default active cornering enhancement, need some schooling

so I probably couldn't find any good threads on the issue because ace is to short of a search description, sorry.
but here is the deal. I've had this '00 rig for a few years, first one with a.c.e. I have noticed, lately, it seems to have a relief sound, that is becoming louder than usual at the valve block. its a slight relief "peuw" sound, that's bugging me. no noises or issues with the pump and nothing is leaking and I have no warning light, nor is there any clunking sound. So, It may be in my head, after I started listening to it...ocd.
but either way, now that I have planted this seed, I must address it.

so first, do you ace equipped folks have any experience with this noise, and it seemingly getting louder, and how have you addressed it?

2nd, I figured I'd start with a fluid change, even thought its been less than 10k since last time, i updated fluid. am i supposed to change that little filter, in the valve block? or can I clean it?do I need to bleed it? is there a preferred fluid for ace, one that might be quieter, or will this have no bearing on this sound?cold climate pas?

finally, am I just being a neurotic idiot, and need to leave it alone? or is this something, I do indeed need to take care of?

Buy the non-ACE serpentine belt, install, noise gone, done.

I get that. But I would really like to keep up with the ace because it is an improved upgrade. I have both and I really enjoy my ace equipped vehicle. I am really just looking for ways to keep it up and not bypass it. Thank you

I hear you dusty, but it's going to be some work maintaining it. I second spike's suggestion, but if you want it, keep it!

We only have people trying to get rid of the system, not maintaining it! I will talk to the tech guys tomorrow, I have never personally dealt with ACE.
