Default Adding additional 12v port ?

I’d like to add an additional 12v cigarette lighter port near/under my dash on my 2004. I am wondering if there is a simply source under the dash, left or right side to connect my hot wire to. (Keyed source)
I realize the fuse box is under the drivers side knee pad, but don’t know how accessible the back of it is once I try to wiggle it out of there.
Any suggestions. Thanks

You can use an add a fuse, and add it to the same to the same circuit it is far easier

Geez, thanks Richard.
I guess I’ve been living under a rock, never knew such a thing existed. 🙄
Thanks a lot.

@Pete C Only found out about them when I was looking at installing a oil pressure gauge - last year.

I connected my additional outlet to the cigarette lighter circuit (C0587-7 [green white]) with a splice connector. The wire is accessible if you loosen the fuse panel and wiggle it a bit.

This gray wire is connected to a spade in the fuse box that's a key-on power source as well. I use it for oil pressure and water temp gauges.

I am wondering which connector is that. I can't find it in the electrical library.

I'm assuming it's for an accessory my truck doesn't have so most likely not every truck will have this open.

Wiring for available options can be found in the schematics/library. I assume this is an undocumented connector, probably something manufacturing related.
