I'm installing Terrafirma's adj panhard rod tomorrow but am unsure how to install it. I know the nuts and bolts part but am not sure about the adjustment step. Should I let out a little slack for my 2" lift (basically lie it next to the factory rod and add an 1/2" or so to the overall length? Or draw the the end in to tighten things up?

 

I would find a bolt that fits nicely into each bushing and measure it that way next to the factory one. Length might be affected by the physical size of each end of the TF adjustable unit. Then add the correct amount(of which I'm not sure, it would vary from vehicle to vehicle)
